Delivery Policy

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. We dispatch our Ready in Stock collection within 24 hours of receiving the Orders (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holiday) and Items which are not Ready to Ship, Expected Time to Ship is mentioned in on the Description Page of each item.

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate time only. Sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or by Phone.

Our Delivery Options:

Free Delivery: We offer free Standard Delivery Postage Service in UK only on Purchase of over £ 100 in a single Invoice

Standard Delivery (For UK Only):It takes 4 to 6 Days* to deliver a Parcel after it is dispatched. We charge £ 4.95 for Standard Delivery.

Express Delivery (For all Countries): It takes 2 to3 Days* to deliver a Parcel after it is dispatched. We charge £ 9.95 for Express Delivery.

*Delivery to Some/Remote areas are time taking or difficult to reach. For Shipments to these regions may take Longer.

We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies usually for international shipments. For Outside UK we only have option for Express Delivery. To see the price for Shipping in your Country please Click here.

Once we Dispatch an item we notify our customers by a confirmation email sent on their Email Address with Tracking Details and Expected Delivery Date.

Our Courier partner delivers Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 6.30pm. We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday (Weekends, Bank Holidays).

For security and to ensure the parcel reaches the intended recipient, a signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. Undelivered parcels (for any reason) are returned to our Warehouse. We may charge Handling Charges for the Return. Re-delivery would be charged again.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship). However, if you want us to ship the earlier available products first, please contact our customer care.

Parcels can only be sent to the Card holder's billing address due to rules laid down by credit card companies. If you want the goods to be delivered at a different address, please get the second address registered with the credit card company and on approval by credit card Company we can send the goods at that second address.
